KUSINA NG PAG-ASA EXPANDS TO VISAYAS 🍽️🩷

Angat Buhay is expanding the Kusina ng Pag-asa network to Visayas, welcoming new partner kitchens in Cebu that are ready to come together and serve communities in times of need.

Our Cebu partner kitchens have already been part of bayanihan efforts during times of crisis, including the earthquake that affected Cebu and Typhoon Tino. Their continued commitment to showing up for communities is a testament to the strength of a network built on solidarity and service.

Maraming salamat sa Senora Sisig Bar, Dessert Factory, Tuktuk Foodie, Pares Ta Bai, Sophia’s Bakeshop, Wooden Nickel Catering, and San Jose Bakeshop for joining Kusina ng Pag-asa and strengthening our capacity to respond when communities need support most!

Kusina ng Pag-asa is Angat Buhay’s disaster response initiative that brings together restaurants, food enterprises, and volunteers into a pre-organized network of community kitchens to deliver safe and dignified meals during emergencies.

The initiative aims to strengthen the quality, timeliness, and coordination of food assistance, while supporting local food enterprises as active partners in humanitarian response. It is jointly organized by the Maginhawa Food Community and supported by ASA Philippines Foundation, Inc.
