BUILDING STRONGER COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES 📈♻️
Through the SALOG Iloilo City: Strengthening Adaptive Livelihoods and Organizing Grassroots Circular Enterprises Project, Angat Buhay conducted Business Development Capacity Building sessions for the Women in Iloilo City for Sustainable Economy (WISE) communities of Iloilo City, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to strengthen and sustain their community enterprises.
Participants learned practical approaches to pricing and costing, from calculating production expenses to setting competitive prices and sustainable profit margins. Sessions on bookkeeping and financial management also strengthened their capacity to track transactions, manage organizational finances, and make informed business decisions.
By strengthening entrepreneurial and financial management skills alongside product innovation, the SALOG Iloilo City Project continues to promote a circular economy that empowers communities, creates sustainable livelihoods, and transforms waste into economic opportunities.
