ANGAT BUHAY LAUNCHES KUSINA NG PAG-ASA

Today, Angat Buhay, together with the ASA Philippines Foundationand the Maginhawa Food Community, officially launches Kusina ng Pag-asa, a disaster-response kitchen network built on one simple but powerful idea: bayanihan in action before disaster strikes.

Through this initiative, we are connecting restaurants, community kitchens, and food partners into a coordinated network that can be quickly activated during emergencies, ensuring communities receive hot, safe, and dignified meals when they need them most.

As Angat Buhay President Rafael Lopa shared, “Tutulong na rin lang, tumulong na nang maayos.”

By building systems before crises happen, Kusina ng Pag-asa ensures that when disaster strikes, we are not starting from zero, but responding with care, coordination, and preparedness.
