We see this bayanihan in volunteers helping children learn to read, building classrooms and dormitories for students, expanding access to mental health support, advancing environmental governance, supporting community-based organizations, and organizing local response networks when disasters strike.

Bayanihan helps communities get through difficult moments. Lasting change also requires institutions that work, public resources that reach the people, and leaders who are accountable for every peso entrusted to them.
